I have just taken up a room (with attached bath) in a new 2 bedrooom apartment at International City available to share. Viewing can be arranged from 28 December 2005.
I am looking for someone who is social, fun loving and clean.

Security Deposit - AED 1500/-
Monthly rental - AED 1100/- + bills

Features:
Master Furnished Bedroom (Bath attached)
Shared full fledged kitchen (can use washing machine too)
Freedom, while privacy is respected.
Free Internet and Cable TV

what u mean u r looking for one employee?

... we opening a heart clinic for outpatient at Dubai Healthcare City as a branch for a German company. For this reason we have a medical technical assistent from Germany with us.

it is between sh zaed rd and emirates rd

and, unfortunately the 1100 cannot be changed

I am 25, from a former soviet union, worki in a logistics company right now. There will be 2 more guys taking another bedroom in the apt.
What about u? Tell about urself, please.

i am an architectural eng. from egypt , 22 years old , working in architectural 3d company in dubai .

so what about this 2 guys . and is all the bedrooms has its private bathroom ,and free net. ??

it is not far, like 15 min. i think, u take oud metha road, i am not sure it is the name of it, it is the road that goes to hatta.
if u are a guy, i do not think i can share a room with u, sorry.

is this still available? I will take a job in Dubai in February, maybe early march...
i'm from Germany and will work in a Logistics-Center in Dubai for at least 2 Years,
maybe even longer...

I have changed my mind about the place, it was nice and all, but kinda far for me, i got a place in Bur Dubai area, really close to my head office, are a guy or a girl. When u coming here?

Well, i'll probably arrive early March the latest...maybe mid february...
i also might take a short trip to Dubai for about 3 days to check everything in advance...
and i'm a guy (Thomas). My office is in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

i c, i am in Jebel Ali office now, but will get transferred to Head office in Dubai. U r from Germany, they should give u a good allowance for accomodation, so, i do not think u will have a problem finding a nice apartment, like in Marina or something close to Jebel Ali.
