I am working in LLC company as store keeper, I have signed unlimited contract with employer. I was appointed head office store. but I am transferred to Dubai industrial City (DIC) and there is no transport facility (there is 40 mints walk from accommodation to warehouse).
Lower quality Food problem is also there.
14 hours working is there without overtime payment.
Company is also doing penalties on small mistakes , penalty amount is around 300 AED.
Questions :
1. Is this penalty legal.
2. if it is not legal then how can i get back this penalty /money.
3. I don't want to continue in this company, how can I get ride of it without any Penalty.
I am MBA qualified. This is my first Job in UAE but I have 12+years experience. I am working in this company for the last six month with 3k AED. My contract is unlimited.
I would appreciate if some buddy authentically guide me.
