Termination / Resign limited contact in prohibition period. Mar 23, 2013
23-Mar-2013

I am working in a LLC company in Dubai since January 1, 2013 and resigned on February 28, 2013 due to Deduction of Salary, Unhealthy Accommodation and shouting Office environment. I do not want to work more with the company. I resigned in my prohibition period which is six months.

Questions?

1. If I do not present after the notice period which will end on 31-Mar-2013. Will this my act be illegal?
2. If 'Yes'. What is the legal way to left the company.

Thanks.

I want to Know how to cancel my visa if employer is not doing this?

Hi amir,

As per your case it would be better if can go to the Ministry of Labor and take a help of typing people to lodge a complain towards your company for your cancellation and your dues.

You will be entitle for your working hours pay and ticket to your home country. MOL people will call your boss and cancle your agreement and clear your dues. This process wil take maximum 1 month and during this period of time you can search for another job. But make sure you will search teh job in Free zone company.

Because cancellation before finishing of your contract will lead you to 6 months of ban.

Best of luck and act wisely.
