It depends upon many factors actually. Some of them are:
1. Specialization. radiology, cardiology, gynecology, nephrology, neurology and orthopedics, etc.
2. Number of Years of Experience.
3. Your Country of Origin.
4. Country + College of RN Degree.

There may be many other factors, but IMHO, these are the main ones.
