I would highly suggest use Linkedin for this kind of job, You will surely get a reply

You can search on linkedin for jobs or you can do a basic search on Google such as "seo jobs in Dubai" or "SEO companies in Dubai". You can check in their career section if they have any opening and you can contact them.

You have big experience in our field i think you don't need to job. I suggest you can run your own business.

you should do your own business not job simple

I understand your suggestions to start own company, just because you have SEO knowledge, you cannot be a successful business as it needs a lot of investment and expanses yo built a company. Of-course you can earn some thousands as a freelancer, but making big need many more thing apart from just SEO.

There are so many SEO companies in Dubai and I think you need to register on online job portal which recruit people from your location to Dubai.
