Here's my situation:
I got a job last 2010 in a new healthcare company. The employer wanted me to have my medical exam first and I did but there's no contract. But the employer and the manager (friend) told me that my salary is 3,200AED, with free house and service, etc. Then came the day for the processing of my pataka/ID one day before the duration of the 15 day allowance and with the contract. The contract stated with a salary of 1,000AED, no housing, and service, no plane ticket to home, etc. and I didn't signed the contract.
So, i spent in the immigration detention for 2 days with a "cancelled" visa in my passport.
The question is: Is there a possibility that I can go back to dubai without any problem in the immigration? I hope you can help me with this. tnx.
