Firstly I'm not a Filipino guy (chico) nor Filipina gal for that matter. Secondly what's so romantic about a noir movie? Most of those noir romances end up with someone dying or going to jail or getting shot. I did catch him looking at my boobies though since I do wear tops that accentuate their loveliness.

Pups: you have to consider the situation from his perspective too. The idea that:
a) a hot younger lady might find him attractive (even if he is a bit of a bloater by your description) could be a little scary and
b) getting busy with the fizzy might well be on his mind too but he doesn't want to be seen as a dirty old man in your eyes by trying it on, despite how much of your chesticle charms you wave under his nose.

Perhaps he is just trying to be a gent? Maybe a less subtle approach from your side might get the ball rolling?
