I'm so sick and tired of the life I'm living. I'm an artist (self-taught) however I never went to university because I can't afford it here. I'm 21 and already got involved in at least 7-8 different jobs that pay my living expenses but barely. I would love to do art for a living. Does anyone know of a person or a company that could sponsor a local artist? (Born and raised here, but not Emirati) I'm actually quite good at what I do and a lot of strangers like my work and encouraged me to do prints and whatnot. Any info would be appreciated :'(

SickKittens , Hmm, you could try and sell your art through eBay. I saw some paintings in a sort of mini exhibition in Dubai Festival City so you could stick around for those. I never really have heard of anyone sponsoring artists, you might have to look up some companies.
