I got call constantly from bank or survey companies.
They call you again and again.
You reject. They call you in 20 mins again.
You ignore. They call you next day.
Wtf!!!!!!
I am so annoyed.

Block them. OR you can ask them we will register a complain against you in police if we will get this call again. Seriously if they are making you too annoying then you can say that.

Next time when they call you. Just ask them to wait a second and go do something for 20 minutes. 
Then when you come after 20 minutes if they are still on the phone say: "Sorry can you please wait another second" and come back after 30 minutes.
If they are calling you on mobile that will cost them a little.
