Position: Receptionist
Duties: Courier, attending to visitors, screening phone calls professionally, filing, photocopying, stationery stock maintenance, ordering meals for office meetings, scanning and similar junior admin tasks. If the candidate is capable there is growth potential in the position and she will be given further responsibilities based on skills and performance.
Requirements for the position:
UAE National
Well groomed
Some PC skills – English typing (even if not fast), MS Word basic will do, Email/Internet
Experience – any office experience would be a bonus, however we are looking for potential and a relatively bright fresher would do
The most important requirement is comprehension of English and good spoken/written English. We are not expecting executive level English or any self-correspondence however the candidate should be able to easily take messages and write one-liner notes when required.
Someone who will stick by working hours. Not hang on personal calls, be friendly and keen to learn
Package:
AED5,000 + 500 transport allowance
Working hours 8-4, Sun – Thursday. Medical + Life cover
