• Prepare and present complete CV’s along with comments on the short listed candidates to the client
• Coordinate the interview between client and candidate; prepare client and candidate for the interviews

Dealing with the Analysis of Job Tenders, short listing the Candidates, selection and Submission of resumes. Worked on all kind of job enquiries from major oil companies like ADNOC, ADMA OPCO, ZADCO, NPCC, ADGAS, BOROUGE, etc.

I undertake to search for candidates at three levels. Database, advertisement and headhunt searches. Entering the CV details and retrieve the accurate CV by the search criteria is the main aspect of the software. The most Significant aspect of my HRMS package is that we can attach the soft copy of the Resume while entering the CV details and it will be registered with the CV code according to the discipline.
