Hello Salman,
just a bit of advice from someone who is in the IT industry in Dubai. dont make a move here as a fresh graduate, get a couple of years of expereince in some speciality in the UK or wherever. Its a really tough place for a fresh graduate here (it is all over the world, but more so here) ..
