goodevening, i live in the netherlands, i have been to dubai the last 10 years and still like it a lot ( i have been here every year)
i am interested in buying an apartment in dubai
i saw nice apartments and better homes,
but my question is i dont hove like 300000 aed just now, is it possible to get like a loan or mortgage, and what would something cost like that a month
and are there like service costs or something like that

You could try borrowing in your home country and investing the money here. While you are away you can rent this place out and help recover some of the costs
