When I came first time in Dubai, I was also looked for same as like you. But that time I got a Real Estae Agent name is 'IFA Properties' palm jumeirah in Dubai, yes of couse it was in my budget.
I had just read the post and I come to know that villa costs 150,000 DHS, its fine but is that for a month? If it is for a month then I think it would be costly. Isn't?
